Our Lowest Price Guarantee to You – While Beat Any Other Provider’s
Price for the Same Services
We guarantee that our prices are the lowest you will find anywhere for
the service packages we provide. If you find a lower price for the same
service or service package from any other incorporation service provider,
we promise to beat that price, providing you with the same services at
a lower price. This “Low Price Guarantee” applies to all
services required to file any business entity in any state(s).
To take advantage of our “Price Guarantee” offer*, simply
send us the following information by e-mail to Info@Bizcorp.com .
- The name of the service provider offering a lower price,
- The total
price quote you receive; and
- A list of all the services (the total
package of services) being offered for that price. This includes
incorporation, filing, state
fees, Resident
Assistant (RA) services, document preparation, and any other
services covered by that price.
*The only exception to this Lowest Price Guarantee
is if other providers’ service package prices include state incorporation
or other fixed state fees below those being charged by the particular
state(s).
